See GM TSB 05-08-143-001, If you have Adjustable pedals, especially if they don't work with the memeory buttons, but function with thier own buttons. Its the Brake Pedal Position Sensor is shorted and mesing up the seat module which controls the heaters too. My 05 Suburban had the same issue. Can check by unplugging switch and see if heated seats work .

My power seat in 2011 Chevy is stuck in recline and I don’t know where the fuse is located

Chevy what ? Don't think it's a fuse problem ,rest of the positions work - move from front to back the back to front ? Power for all positions come from the same fuse . More then likely it's a mechanical fault . Your best bet ,have a qualified repair shop check it .

The power and heat doesn't work on the driver seat in my 2006 chevy hhr

You may have a bad switch or some electrical problem with that.
Check to see if you have a separate fuse just for the driver seat on your fuse box by looking at the diagram on the fuse box cover.
I think it there is a fuse it would control both sides.
Take it in to an auto electric place, they would be able to solve your problem quickly.

How do you reset the relay switch for seat on the driver side of 2006 chevy hhr

There is no 'reset'. There are fuses you can check. See your owner's manual to read through the fuse listing. Also be sure your wiring didn't become unplugged under your seat, as if something was lodged under the seat pulling on the wiring.

Chevy impala heated seat problems

Check your fuse panel. A diagram of the fuse locations and functions should be in your owner's manual.

Where is the fuse for the heated seats in a 2007 jeep grand cherokee laredo?

Remove the ignition key. Unplug the HSM (heated seat module). It is under the passenger seat. You can easily accomplish this with the seat all the way back. Wait a few seconds they plug it back in. Start the engine. Turn the seats on. If the indicator lights come on for 2 seconds and then go out, further diagnostics is required. Hopefully they'll stay on and the seats will be working fine.

Thanks,
Ron

Have you checked the fuse? Look in owners manual for the fuse block and see if the fuse is burnt.

2004 Chevy diesel with heated leather seat that quit working.

It is a fuse. Go into your owner manual to locate the fuse or just look in the fuse panel as they are labeled.

The heated seats stopped working.

It could be a fuse or possibly a burnt element altho Ive never really heard of one doing it on both sides at once when it was an element. There is a reset button on some under the hood on the drivers side I believe.
