It cranks just fine but the second the starter disengages, the car quickly stalls. ive tried giving it time to warm up by giving it a bit of gas but even after 3 minutes of this, the second i take my foot off the gas, it stalls. it doesnt run rough. the smoothest idle ive ever felt even at 200 rpm. im thinkin maybe low fuel pressure but i dont have the right fitting to put my pressure gauge on. help would be greatly appreciated!

When you turn the key on does the check engine light come on? If not it may be burned out. It sounds like a MAP sensor or an O2 sensor is bad. I would suggest taking it to autozone as they do free diagnostic and seeing if a code comes up. If it is a sensor it should, if not it may be the idle sensor not reading right in the ECU. More than likely it is one of the sensors though.

Did i answer you before? Anyway, try cleaning the throttle body with a little carb spray on a cloth shop towel wraped on a screwdriver. With the engine off, remove the tube to the t-body,hold the throttle alittle, and spray a couple of squirts inside.Spray some to wet the towel, and pushing it in and out gently of the t-body.becareful not to bend the plate inside or leave any towel inside.look at it with a flashlight to see if it's clean. Hope this helps

Hi Matthew Voller, I want to help you with your question, but I need more information from you. Can you please add details in the comment box? Have you checked the idle air control valve?
