The fuse is in panel with other fuses, however it will say a\c instead of heater. You may want to use a test light to check for voltage at the blower motor plug. To see if current is going to the fuse. Check the other fuses too. since they are linked in parallel to the the acc auto climate .

Where is fuse or circuit breaker for heater blower motor ?

the fuse is located in the fuse panel that is under the dash on the drivers side, some have a cover over them that will need removing to get access to the fuses.check the fuses with a test light(all fuses)you may have more than one fuse gone bad.there is no circuit breaker.also you may have a bad blower motor resister located in the air box near the blower motor itself.

Heater fan motor burnt up. Replaced it but when the 30 amp fuse is put in the fan wont stop even with the key off

You need to replace the blower control module. It is close to the blower motor in the heater case $$$ you might try to get a used one.

I have 1992 buick lesabre with a heater fan that wont turn off

the heater fan relay should be in the fuse panel. if not ck see if there is a regular fuse too. Who was messing with the car to do that? find the heater blower switch which should be by the radio... and sometimes it is easier to just take out the radio to get more room. check the wiring make sure nothing else is hooked to it . do the same for the blower which may be easy to get to under the pass side dash or thrught the glove box. but check the wires.
