R/F door trim will have to be removed. Most likely you will find linkage disconnected from the inside latch of the outside door handle. You might even find a broken piece of the door handle requiring replacement

SOURCE: How do I remove the front door panel to replace the mirror

Normal 0 Disconnect your negative battery cable. Locate and remove the screws that hold your interior door handles in place (they may be hidden by snap in, or snap on clips). Remove the interior door handles, then disconnect the wire clips to the switches. Your panel is held in place by snap in clips; use a small pry bar to pull them from the door (try to get as close to, or directly under the clips to prevent them from tearing out of the door panel). Once the clips are pulled, pull the panel upward to remove it from the door.
Install in reverse.

If you don't have power windows you will have to remove the manual window crank. It is held in place by a clip on the back side of the base. To remove the clip, you will need a small hook (kind of like a knitting needle). Put the hook in behind the base, and grab the clip and pull it off. To replace it, slide the clip back on the window crank, and snap it back on the door.

SOURCE: Instructions on how to remove a rear door panel

Firstly, if you don't know how...I doubt you can remove it anyway. Take it to your local car stereo installation shop and ask them NICELY to take it off - explain what the problem is (lemme guess the window/lock doesn't work).
Good Luck

SOURCE: how do I remove interior front door panel

You'll need to remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. then just remove the bolts for the mirror

SOURCE: Remove right rear door panel 2003 Buick LaSabre

You'll need to remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to get it off the window ledge. If needed, you can pull back the weather seal (can't reuse it, but it's not that important) and you will be able to access everything inside the door

Goodmorning. Do i have to remove the entire door panel when replacing the outside passenger mirror assembly on my 2011 Buick Regal?

Usually, yes. You should be able to get to the mounting bolts by removing the upper trim panel, but the electrical connector is behind the door panel.

I have a 93 buick regal but my front doors & rear

Well, the mirrors would be on the circuit with the courtesy lights. The door locks and windows would be on different circuits.
Why can't you unlock the driver's or passenger door with the key and open it with the door handle ?

Have a 1995 buick regal that front passenger door will not unlock. not with key inside lock or power lock anyone have any ideas

could be that one of the rods inside the door has shifted to where it is not allowing it to unlock, sounds like its just jammed. I would remove the inside door panel if you can and look at the rods leading to the lock and the door handle see if they need to be freed if so after freeing them grease them real well with any kind of gear grease so it wont happen again.

1998 buick regal gs heat blows hot on passenger side and cold on the driver side.

Same problem on my 98 Regal GS; remove glove box, locate the blend door actuator, (black odd shaped box with metal "ring"). Remove the box and manually turn the blend door shaft it was attached to. If you get cold air, it's the actuator you removed. About 30-40 dollars.

I cant figure out how to completely remove my passenger front door panel

ther are acorn or christmas tree clips some people call them around the bottom of the door. There are also two large philips head screws located behind the armrest and if you have a pull strap for closing the door there may be two there as well. there is also a screw that holds the trim for the door handle itself.

I have a '93 Buick Regal Custom. Last year I was unable to open the passengers door from the outside, I can open from the inside but not outside. I lived with it until now. The drivers door is doing the...

I have this problem every year with my car, 1993 buick regal custom, 3.8. What happens is it gets cold, warms up a bit, and ice or snow melts and gets in the door, then it gets cold again and it freezes. I go to unlock and open the door from the outside and this problem arises.

There is a vertical rod on the left side of the drivers side, right side of the passenger side, that gets bent, from trying to open the door when that mechanism is frozen up. Just bend it back, a TINY bit and it will start working.

I got tired of taking my door apart every time it happened so i cut a little "door" in the cover thing, so i can get at that bar.

I also tried coating it in grease and that seems to lessen the frequency.

If it is not on the front of the motor, it is more than likely on the back of the motor. Just jack up the car (be sure to put a jack stan under for safety) then crawl under and you will find it
