Heater Fan/Blower does not work.

Have replaced / Tested th Heater/Blower relay no luck. The Heater/Blower was taken out and bench tested and ran just fine.. The Relay in the fuse box under the hood was tested and it works.

The fan switch on the dash does not operate the Heater/Blower.

Any Ideas?

To answer your suggestion, I replaced the Blower Resistor and the problem still exists.

2005 Mercury Grand Marquis blower motor fan is making a real loud noise?

its bad again or is loose or had debris in the blades of the fan
the fan can be bench tested at any time 12vdc battery tested.
some cars leaves or bugs/nets etc can get in to top front cowl vents
and fall to the fan box(etc), only looking proves the podding.

There is a relay that powers the blower motor circuit . Left I/P fuse box , do you know where that is ? The relay is IGN 3 relay .
Fuse Block- I/P - Left

No juice to heater fan or switch the relay is good what could it be

blower fuse is 30amp. underhood fuse box and heater control is 10amp.under dash fuse box.disconnect the blower and connect test light to two wire to blower connector and recheck. check separate purple wire for power and orange for ground by turning different speed on the switch. If no ground replace the resistor (4 wire connector) next to the motor on heater box.

2002 grand caravan blower motor intermittent replaced resistor

in review
the fan speed resistor is new
you bench tested the blower motor
12 volts test ..only runs it at full speed
if cabin filer want changed the blower motor would run hotter

could be the motor brushes or bush/motor bearing when slowed
you might want to inspect the brushes and clean the dust out of the motor
if no better
does that have climate control ?
might be the fan switch itself or the earth isnt so good

2003 saab conv, what does the second maxi fuse do next to the battery. it is drawing current when the car is shut off. it is also drawing current and killing the battery. also the battery is not getting...

With the fuse in,and the engine off, start pulling ,relays, one,at a time, the relay that you pull that drops the voltage will be the one that is stuck, this fuse controls the ignition relay. This relay is stuck, and needs to be replaced,by the way,try unplugging the alternator to see if the voltage drops also, cause the 13.5 voltage that was tested on this alternator concerns me,this is not good, really should be 14.25 when bench tested,on the vehicle, with everything on,headlights and ac on high blower motor setting,it should read 13.65 volts,to 14.25 volts at the battery. Now on the bench,it should have read closer to 14.25 volts. If it is any lower than this range, the alternator is not working correctly. If this was at all helpful, please rate, and thank you.

Need to know where the heater blower motor resistor switch is located in a 1998 GMC sierra V8

Unless they moved it and are still using the same part,I would say that this one is located behind the glove box sandwitched between the underside of the dash and the top of the airbox. The blower motor is mounted to the underside of the airbox.

No Electrical Power to Heater Blower

First thing to check would be the fan speed resister, fan(blower-motor)relays, and possibly a bad ground. Start at switch on the dash and go to the relays and resister next.

I have a 2005 dodge caravan. the blower for the heater quit working . I tested it and I am not getting power to fan control switch .

There is 3 things you can check: the fuse, the relay switch, and the resister block. If these are ok, check the wiring from the blower to the fuse block, to the control switch. good luck.
