Power Door Locks Circuit Description
The power door lock system incorporates door lock switches on both front doors and on the RH D-pillar, door lock motors in all passenger doors and in the RR cargo door, a door lock relay and a door lock control module.
Power for the door lock switches and the door lock control module is supplied from the CIG LTR fuse 13 through CKT 640 (ORN). Power for the door lock relay is supplied from the PWR ACCY circuit breaker through CKT 540 (ORN). Ground for the door lock relay is supplied from G202 through CKT 150 (BLK) and ground for the door lock control module is supplied from G400 through CKT 150 (BLK).
The door lock motors are reversible and both sides are connected to the normally closed contacts of the door lock relay. Those contacts of the relay are connected to G202. When any of the door lock switches are placed in the lock position, voltage is supplied through CKT 195 (LT BLU) to the relay lock coil. Since the other side of the lock coil is connected to ground, the coil is energized and it pulls the lock contacts closed. Voltage is then supplied through CKT 295 (GRY) to all the door lock motors and the doors lock. The unlock function operates in much the same manner except that when any of the switches are placed in the unlock position, voltage is supplied through CKT 194 (WHT) to the unlock coil of the relay and CKT 294 (TAN) supplies voltage to the apposite side of the door lock motor and the doors unlock.
Door Lock Control Module Description
The door lock control module is used on vehicles equipped with cargo doors. The purpose of the module is to lock the cargo doors after a lock cycle has been commanded from any of the door lock switches with the cargo doors open. When the RH cargo door is open, the module receives a ground signal from the closed contacts of the rear door jamb switch on CKT 1897 (ORN/BLK) to G400. When a lock command is received, the module retains this input until it receives an open input from the rear door jamb switch. Then the module sends a lock command through CKT 194 (WHT) to the door lock relay and the doors lock.
Rear Cargo Doors Description
The power door lock motor will not operate unless the rear cargo doors are fully closed. The power door lock motor is in the right cargo door. The contactors are on the rear cargo door opening on the body and on the right cargo door.

SOURCE: Hi, I have a 2003

I have a similar problem. The remote sometimes opens all doors, and other times it will only open the 2 rear doors. Once inside the vehicle, the driver side window controls intermittently operates all windows and doors. It has no effect on the 2 rear doors, as the window controls still work. This behavior happens intermittently while driving the vehicle.

SOURCE: Power Door Lock Problem

The last post by maddog1321 was exactly what I had with my right rear door. The electric locks would not lock and unlock, and you almost couldn't do it manually without my feeling I was about to break something. I took the door panel off, oiled everything and got no relief. Finally, I saw the above post and drilled out the aft-most pop-rivet. THE WINDOW WORKED PERFECTLY! I didn't drill out the forward (closest to the handle) pop-rivet because I wanted to do one at a time so the solenoid would not fall out of place. I then put a new pop-rivet in place of the one I drilled out. I then reinstalled everything and the locks work like new.

SOURCE: I can't lock the rear hatch door on my yukon

The lock is stuck in the "locked" position.
When you close the hatch, it is jamming the latch hook into the wrong area.

Manually open the hatch. Unlock the hatch (even tho the hatch is already open). there are two bolts holding the metal "loop", the loop has moved. Adjust the metal loop and close the hatch / lock it, etc.

I have a 2006 Chevy Tahoe. Both rear doors will not lock or unlock and the rear hatch quit working today.

The most likely culprit is a faulty actuator. You can test this by having someone activate the rear hatch while listening for a click or sound of some sort. If there is sound but no opening, it indicates a bad latch actuator. If there is no noise, it could be a fuse or wiring issue. You can manually unlock the door by removing the trim, but be careful around the glass latch as there are 2 push pins.

Check the wiring in the boot that runs from the body to the top of the liftgate for broken wires.

You might have to take it to a collision shop. Remove the rear hatch panel to gain access to the latch assembly if it's not responding. If you can't get it open, take it to a collision shop as they deal with these kinds of things regularly.

What fuse is it for rear hatch actuator 99envoy

One fuse powers all door lock actuators . The other door locks work ? if so it's not a fues problem .
The following locking functions are included on the vehicle:
• All the doors unlock -- All the doors will unlock, including the endgate/liftgate, when any power door unlock switch is detected. The passenger doors lock directly by pressing the lock switches. The driver door unlocks by the BCM using a driver door unlock relay.
• All the doors lock -- All the doors will lock, including the endgate/liftgate, when any power door lock switch is activated. All the lock actuators will activate directly from the power door lock switch (external to the BCM).
• The end/lift gate lock switch -- All the doors will lock or unlock from the end/lift gate lock switch

You probably have a bad lock actuator

So far, what I have tried hasn't worked. Guess I will have to take off door panel. But which door? Driver side door locks and unlocks with remote, with key and with inside door switch. Passenger door...

Since the driver's door gets the most use, and all circuits run through the master switch, check driver's door first and check the wiring at the hinge area for breaks.

I have a 2005 Honda Odyssey that is having problems with the power locks. The remote can unlock the doors but not lock them, they have to be locked manually. The back hatch does not lock either. Is...

Do the door lock switches on the doors work both ways? If not, then check to see if you have different relays for the lock and unlock functions, like my jeep does. You may have a burnt relay or possibly a bad / stuck switch. My relays are not in the fuseblock, but in a separate relay center under the glovebox, so you should check your owners manual for the relay location. The only way to lock the back hatch would be by key, but you'll have to relock it everytime you use the remote until you can find the problem. You should also check out your ground wire for the lock circuit. Happy hunting!!
