Now none of my dashboard lights will work and my speedometer doesnt move from zero. This started after I hooked up my radio and when I did just the dashboard lights stopped working and then I tried hoooking up a set of speakers in my truck and everything was working fine and then everything just shut off. When Im driving I cant tell what speed I am going and how much gas is in the tank of my truck.
You have connected the radio incorrectly using a power supply and missing a ground wire modern electronics are balanced so connection anywhere causes your problems
What is the year make model of this truck? If it is a chevy or gm you may need a new cluster.

In most cases it is the fuel filter. I don't know when it was changed before, but it should be changed at least every 8-10 k miles. Make sure you change the air filter too.
