My 1997 lexus es300 keeps blowing the efi fuse and will not start

I just changed the cabin filter of my ES300. I found the instructions on the manual, under airconditioning and audio. It's pretty easy to do. I bought the filter from Kragen's for $21.95.

If Your Looking At The Radio There Is A Black Bezel Around It. Get A Small Flat Head Screwdriver And Pry Forward On It And It Will Pop Off Then Behind It There Are Either 2 Or 4 Screws Holding The Radio In Place. Once You Remove The Screws The Radio Will Slide Toward You And Come Out.

My Son has a 95 es300, the amp for it is located under the front passenger seat. The easiest way to access it is to remove the 4 bolts holding the seat down, and remove the seat. Takes about 5 minutes
