My turn signals on my 93 Jeep Grand Cherokee kicked the can last night and I believe it's either the fuse or the signal distributor that's at fault. The hazard lights still work but I have no signals to use right now

The problem solved itself.... I was looking for some spilled change and i found that the turning signals fuse had popped out and had landed on the floor at my feet. I just had to pop the fuse back into its spot

Where is the fuse panel located at in a 1997 Grand Jeep Cherokee?

it is located at lower kick panel at right, close to front passenger door. (right infront of the door actually) you will see relays too.

I have a code 11,12 and 25 on my 1994 jeep grand c...

11 is no reference signal from cam position sensor (distributor) 12 means you cleared the codes before that test, 25 deals with the idle air control motor...possible wiring or open circuit.
Make sure you check all fuses before going further. A blown fuse can give all kinds of strange codes. Then go back to testing components.
http://www.scribd.com/doc/18999822/Jeep-Wiring-2. Diagram is for a 93 but is pretty close to what you have. Test procedures are contained in chilton and haynes manuals...I prefer chilton as their wiring diagrams are more accurate.
