The fuse is located in the fuse box under the hood, (on the driver's side)
Look at the fuse panel. The fuses are usually identified. The cigarette lighter will normally have at least a 20 amp fuse.

There are 2 possible areas. 1 is the fuse box beside your left foot. 2 would be in the engine compatment on the right.

The fuse for these items is the second one down in the right hand row in the fusebox down by the driver's feet. Swap the fuse with another one to check.

yes it will fix your cigarette lighter. open the door on the drivers side and crawl in there and look up to your left it should be right there use a flash light .. good-luck ray
