It might be the flasher relay and it might be the horn relay although horns tend to seize up through lack of use. the flasher relay is is separate to the Hazards relay which is often part of the switch.

You can use any compressor off any 3.1 or 3.4 engine. Probably up to 2004. Impala's, Grand Prix's, grand ams, Practically any GM car.

There is no Chevrolet "Lumina" for the 2004 model year (at least, not in the USA) And also it would be nice to know WHAT ABOUT belt? WHICH belt? seat belt? Engine accessory drive belt? etc...

If its like my 99 Chevy Lumina, its behind the front bumper, passenger side. You'll have to take the whole front bumper off. Stupid I know. But thats how Chevy made them.

Did you change the rubber spark plug boots when you put in the new plugs? Do you have a check engine light on? If so, find out the code and this should help you pinpoint the problem.
