The cover has come out of the holder, how can i get it back in?
The instructions for removing and installing your cargo cover are published in the 2005 BMW X5 Owner's Manual on page 126.

fuse 33 on the inside fuse box (there are two) should be the one you want.

replace the window regulator, i know the older beamers came with some clips that hold the window on track, but were notorious for falling of and breaking im not sure about the new ones though
