The proper transmission fluid to use in a 93 Sentra is either Dexron II or Dexron III. Hope this helps.

Well...

U have to get ur car to a LiFTER and unscrew the PLUG on the side of the transmission and u could fill the lubricant in that hole.

Opening that plug at the bottom of the transmission means ur going to drain the old lubricant and have to put a NEW gear oil!

At the age of that Nissan, it really needs a GOOD new slicky fluid! additive to go w/ it is GREAT!

there is no reservoir, trans is a self contained unit, fluid id in the pan

contact a nissan dealership .They can get one for you.

have you tried changing your rotor and distributor cap? and checked the wires for breakage or leakage?
