I have a 2007 Solara. The high beam indicator shows the high beams on but they are not. If there a high beam fuse? If so, what would it be labeled in the fuse box, I cannot find it

check for voltage at the lamps themselves. If no voltage is present, check headlamp relay,.Rarely it could also be the multi-function switch, but don't go there first! Also, did you try a new bulb?(s)

Your switch must be working since your indicator is telling you when the high beams are on, so my guess is that your bulbs are faulty. The high beam part. They probably burnt out one at a time, so you didn't notice until the second one went. Change your bulbs, and see if that solves it. If not, let me know.

Hi, the likely problem is the combination switch/wand. The part costs $83 at autozone, but you may want to shop around. Instructions are pasted below the diagram. Please let me know if you have questions, and thanks for using FixYa.

2007 toyota solara, high beams ok, low beams are on but I can't see the road. have replaced bulbs and relays. fuses are good. dealer says to replace both headlamp assemblies is their best guess.

I DON'T KNOW. $1000 ASSEMBLIES ARE PROFIT MAKERS FOR DEALERS. I THINK ASSEMBLIES ARE JUST PLASTIC LIGHT SHADES AND NOT RELATED.
VISUALLY COMPARE PART NUMBER OR LOOK OF OLD BULBS WITH NEW BULBS. CHECK WITH CAR MANUAL.
WHAT IF THE LIGHT SWITCH OR RELAYS ARE FAULTY.?
AT NIGHT LOOK AT RUNNING LIGHTS. HAVE SOMEONE TURN ON LOW BEAMS.THEN HIGH BEAMS TO BE SURE.
YOU HAVE 3 LIGHT LEVELS. YOUR RUNNING LIGHTS AND HIGH BEAMS ARE WORKING BUT NOT YOUR LOW BEAMS. LOOK IN YOUR OWNERS MANUAL FOR THE HEAD LIGHT FUSES AND OR RELAYS TO SEE IF THERE ARE SEPARATE ONES FOR HIGH AND LOW BEAMS.

Toyota Solara 2002: My high beams and fog lights do not work. Low beams, blinkers work fine.

Hi,just food for thought, when you switched the lights on did you check if there is aney power to the lights with ignition on,I thought that then atleast you would know that its not before the lights if there is power there.all the best, hope you get it sorted out.

I have a 2006 Toyota solara. low and high beam and turn signal work fine on left side, on right side the high beam doesn't work I already changed headlamp relay and bulb, any idea what can be wrong?

check ground(s) usually coming out of the harness trace back from headlight plug (on problem side ) until you find a ground coming out of harness and bolted to sheet metal in engine bay make sure there are no loose, corroded, broken ,or burnt wires

My low beam lights on my 2005 Toyota solara are both out, but my high beams work

Replace de low beams. High beams and low beams work independently of each other it's a different circuit therefore you may have one but not the other.

Low beams don't work high beams do work

Check fuse first.

If the fuse its ok, replace at least one lamps to see if the problem it's from the lamp.

I think that will work.

High beam works, headlight doesn't, fuse & bulb are ok

replace the bulb AGAIN...most likely bulb was bad from the get go.

High beams will come in but low beams will not.

Inspect headlamp relay, located in engine room junction box #2. If relay is OK suspect faulty headlamp switch.
