Sounds to me like the catalytic converter is shot. The "rotten egg" smell and stalling out is a dead giveaway. The converter is plugged up and cannot let the exhaust out of the tail pipe like it should. The exhaust is building up back pressure in the exhaust system, causing the engine to lose power and stall. Take it to a qualified shop and have the catalytic converter replaced.
The sulfur smell is usually low grade gas or a problem with the catalytic converter. In your case I would go for bad gas, especially if the problem just started happening recently. You can try adding premium to the tank and drive it out. You may have to replace the fuel filter once or twice if the gas has water or other contamination.
There are a few things to check, first make sure all sparkplugs ,plug wires are good, in other words make sure engine is running smooth, a misfire will cause the smell and stalling so make sure tune up is not the problem first.
The next thing to check would be make sure air filter is good and throttle body is clean.clean the plate and body around the plate, the oxygen sensor can also cause this problem and is often forgotten about, the last would be the idle air control valve that control idle , there are more things that can cause your problem but start with these.
The most common problem may be as simple as the coolant temp sensor, this sensor if giving the computer a false signal with wrong coolant temp then this will cause this problem also.
A scan tool or multi- meter would help in testing the coolant temp sensor. hope this is helpful, good day.
the convertor is the problem.will cause decreased engine power, another sign is bucking and jerking upon accelerating. the car will lose power when going up a hill. if engine runs hotter then usual and coolant is up to par, may be a bad converter.
try blowing out all the fule lines and changing the fule filters the lines may be blocked up also check the fule tank vent if this is blocked the pump cant **** fule from it
