Fuse diagrams are part of the owners manual, VW does not allow free access to the owners materials like most car makers, you must buy the manual.

The fuse box is under the dash on the drivers side, the cover for it has a map showing which amperage fuse goes to what, includes the three most common sizes in the cover and a little plastic tool to remove them...hope this helps

its weird ,but you know wipers is not working when computer senses open hood , so you have to look at hood catch. i'm not sure contacts have to be closed or open . anyway it is easy to check
