Your PassKey Security System is malfunctioning. The most likely cause is a bad ignition lock cylinder. Try this to get it started:
1. Set the parking brake. (This will keep your headlamps from coming on and running your battery down)
2. Turn the key to the "START" position and release it to the "RUN" position. (Do not turn the key to the "OFF" position or you will have to start over.)
3. Leave the key in the RUN position for about 10 minutes until the SECURITY light stops flashing.
4. When the light stops flashing, turn the key to the "START" position again.


This should get the engine started so you can drive the vehicle to get it repaired.

Some issues with the engine or trans, can cause a third gear start (limp home mode) Dont get to happy it did not fix its self for good someone with a code reader might be able to steer you in the right direction ( A lot of codes get stored in the computer that never turn on the check ending lite ) Good Luck

your window does not ride on a track the motor has a gear that drives a mechanism up and down. it sounds like the motor came loose.
pop the door panel and remount the motor, first pull the window all the way up. hope this helps

fuel pressure regulator!! located onear the fuel rail. next time after it stops , pull the vacuum line off the fuel pressure regulator. if gas comes out the vacuum line its the regulator. easy to fix , only need a snapring pliers. part is about $50 bucks.. richie

It could still be the fuel pump, when it gets warmed up it may not put out or maintain the correct pressure because its geating weak even if you can hear it running, just a few #'s under the recamended pressure and it won't run, but when it cools down it works again, but sooner or later it will go out altogether. Has the fuel filter been chg.? that could do it to and is something that is often overlooked. It would be best that the next time it quits running that would be the time to do a fuel pressure test that way you would know if its a pump problem or something else, Its a easy and cheap test to perform, and at the very least you can elimanate that as the problem.

Try to clean the fuel system and inspect the fuel senser and injectors, it sounds like there is fuel stavation which can't allow the car to move at high speed.

sounds like you have a blown fuse.
