SOURCE: No fuel or power to fuel pump.

If the relay is not getting ground signal to turn on then it sounds like a problem with the ECU this is fed from there. Commonly dry solder joints inside the ECU can cause this problem, they have a tendency to crack around the transistors and heavier load components and also components that are subject to mechanical vibration. He said that the fuel pump relay is located in the kick panel and the ECU is next to this. Id take out the ECU and remove the main circuit board and examine for dry solder joints. If you don't know what they look like its somthing like this http://www.tegger.com/hondafaq/mainrelayoperation/dry-joint_small.jpg

Hope this helps

Tried to jumpstart another truck, hooked the cables up wrong & I think I blew a fuse. I have no idea which one. Any suggestions?

If you did hook the cables up the wrong way on two batteries there would have been a blinding flash and a huge spark which would have blown the end off the jumper cables. Did this occur because if it did, then you may be lucky and have done no damage, or you may have done a lot of damage. If there was no huge spark, then I am unable to guess how you connected the two batteries and you need to be clearer about how you connected them up.

Saturn jumper cables hooked up backwards

Try charging the battery more. Even though your lights may come one, starting a vehicle requires massive amounts of amperage from the batter. It's possible that your jumper cables aren't a thick enough guage to supply enough power as well. Sometimes the vehicle you're jumping from might not have enough power to support your vehicle's starting power requirements.

Lincoln Navigator chugs/misses during acceleration. It has been an intermittent problem, but is getting worse. If I maintain speed, the car ruins ok, but when I go to accelerate it lurches/chugs/misses.

I guess the question would be,do you ever have it
worked on, or just drive until it acts up,you can't live
in the 1960's with todays technology

You need to do spark plugs every 3 years
Look at data with professional tools a couple
times a year

Oxygen sensors get replaced on all vehicles
at 100,000 miles

I could list 10 more items for a start

The fact is people just don't ever do anything
but drive vehicle, peroid & when they do act up
continue to drive them,no testing,no road tests,
no real knowledge of how to deal with repair shop
& such.

It just need some attention, maybe new spark plugs,
a couple O2 Sensors,a couple ignition coils,all things
you can do yourself IF you wanted to learn the technology
It's all there on the internet

94 royal begis to cut out, chugs at about 55

Replace the spark plugs and wires along with a distributor cap and rotor. Be careful to leave the old wires and plug wires connected to dist.cap, just remove dist. cap from the distributor and lay aside with plug wires on it then install rotor then new cap and proceed to replace each wire for cap and spark plug one at a time so you don't mix up the spark plug wire firing order. Cap laying to the side is used for reference purpose.

99 Jeep Cherokee Sport, 4.0L -won't start

you need to have it connected to an OBD2 machine and watch if you are missing the cam sensor showing RPMs
or if your missing crank sensors RPMs,
it could be a wiring problem or computer if your seeing the RPMs from both sensors, and the last thing i would check is hooking up a fuel gauge to the reed valve and watch what fuel pressure you have while cranking,if the cam sensor is the culprit it will turn the fuel off after the cranking.
