SOURCE: starter
If I'm correct, I'm not sure, it's easier to jack up driver's side of car and have the wheels turned to the right. There are splash sheilds that you'ld have to remove. From there you can get your arm in to work with the starter. It's a tight fit though but doable. When you remove the starter the flywheel cover will come with. Make sure you put it back on exactly. So pay attention. I found out the hard way. Like I said I'm not sure. I worked on a dodge intrepid or concord around the same year. Since I'm a GM man, I don't remember it's a completly different setup or not.
SOURCE: oil leak on 95 chrysler concorde. 3.5
What you need to do is steam clean engine compartment making sure to cover Distributor/coilpacks with plastic bags to make sure that they stay dry...Do this at a self serve coin wash....Prior to the steam clean spray engine degreaser on oil pan and block from under the vehicle...Once you are satisfied that engine is clean drive vehicle home and park it....Put a big piece of cardboard under vehicle as to locate proximity where leak is coming from(ie; location of drip marks on cardbord to possible places oil could leak...The reason for the cleaning first is because if you have oil all under your vehicle when it heats up it will drip from any where and this method will isolate leak....the most probable places are the pan gasket , drain plug (make sure there is a rubber gasket on plug), valve cover, Distributor( if applicable), oil filter , sending unit, and of course crank, cam seals...Remember that oil leaks are caused by back pressure in the system and more times than not all starts from a vehicle that has been neglected and has clogged pcv valve (positive crankcase ventillation) if you still cant determine where leak is coming from you will have to take it to a repair shop and have them do a die test....make sure it is a shop that you trust cause as you know oil leaks are very frustrating .....Good Luck

SOURCE: where is and how to change the starter on a 95'
The starter is located on the left (drivers) side lower engine. You will have to jack the car up or use ramps. Remove battery neg cable.1st The starter is held in by two 15mm bolts. There are two wires that will need to be removed. One is held by a 13mm nut, the other is a push on terminal or held on by a 8mm nut. There is shield between the bellhousing and starter, take note as this goes in only one way.
