Battery Good, Alternator Good. Starter Good. Turn key over and everything sounds good until you try to crank it and it does this clicking sound. And for as long as you hold it, it will keep clicking. Not sure why it wont turn over though. Been turning over before all this started happening but very poorly.
Also try to clean the terminals with Sandy paper, and be sure they are tight
Sounds like a crank sensor or throttle position sensor. It’s most likely the crank sensor and that’s where I would start if it were me. A lot of older vehicles’ crank sensor is placed in an easy to get to spot so you may even be able to change it yourself. The sensor should be fairly cheap. I found one listed on Amazon for $19.99. You should also be able to find a video on YouTube that will help with actually changing it.
Make sure battery has a full charge and battery connections all good. If the starter won't crank the engine, check voltage and ground at starter motor. Any testing make sure tranny is in park or neutral and parking brake is set.
With key in the crank position, two voltage circuits at starter motor. One comes from battery, hot all the time. the other goes hot with key in the crank position. There is a starter relay and neutral switch for automatic tranny. The starter motor grounds through engine block.

What is the voltage on the battery ? If it's not in the 13.5 volt range the battery is not charged.
What does the battery read when you try to crank ? It should be in the 10.5volt range.
Get a set of jumper cables. Hook them up correctly and see if it cranks. If it does - the battery is not fully charged or it's a bad battery.
A car battery can produce enough amps to light lights and other small stuff but not produce enough amps for the starter to turn over the engine.

Try loosening the terminals and turning them a bit after spraying them with crc dont take them right off or you might loose the radio code also check the other ends eg earth and starter and do the same if the battery connections don't fix it hope that helps

ing. switch or relay. does truck have aftermarket remote starter if so look for loose conn.

check to make sure ur starter motor is earthed correctly, u can always remove the starter motor and test it using a portable battery charger, just be careful of the pinion

If you know the batter is good.
Check the Starter to see it is getting power.
Get a test light [6.00] and see if the starter will light up the test light.
If not - then you may need a new starter. From the sounds of it you might want to take it to a professional as this can be a very labor intense job because the starter has to come out the bottom.

It is probably the fuel pump. If I remember the number correctly, this fuel system needs about 50 lbs to open a valve.
Until this valve opens, no fuel gets to the fuel nozzels.
