You will need an adapter kit for the dash panel specific for the Fusion or a multi kit, both availible at an Auto Parts store. You should also buy the wiring harness for the Car as well, this will make life much easier on you! Connect the harness to the stereo, following the schematic/diagram. I've had this happen once before..CDR's are a little bigger than regular cd's.Sometimes they wont let go at all..You either can undo the battery and then reconnect then it usually automatically ejects or you'll have to manually do it or you can pull the fuse and then put it back in and the same proceedure..
