It is very likely the electric in tank fuel pump had failed, they last around 100,00 miles and then the bearing start to wear out and they stick. You can try banging on the gas tank while someone cranks the engine over to unstick the pump.

At what mileage do you change a cam belt on a ford fiesta 1.3 LX

this should be changed at about 100,000 kil(60,000 miles) to lessen the chance of engine damage, each manufacture has there own requirements but this is a rule of thumb,as the belt takes alot of abuse starting and stopping the motor and spinning at 3,000 rpm`s or more constantly.

Electric fan on 87 escort gt wont come on I cant find a manual so I would like to know where is module. The fan worked a couple of days ago. also what is the way to check fan? I checked fuses under dash...

Check by your oil dipstick, in front of distributor , there should be a temperature switch threaded into cylinder head that controls cooling fan.

When i put the car into drive or reverse and give gas it dont catch it rite away i have t wait about 5 secs for it to catch or otherwise the car will jump i think its the transaxel?

Have you checked the fluid level? perhaps the filter is plugged...if mileage is over 100,000 it may be time for a rebuild or replace

100,000 miles service

It actually all depends on how you treat your car, any car that someone has put more than 80000 miles in 2 years is questionable, but if you have had no problems and you trust the car keep it.
