Passenger side sliding door will not lock or unlock to the electric lock function
There are contacts in the door jam, first check and clean these contacts. If they seem fine, and you have a way to check for power on these, test and make sure they supply voltage with a volt/ohm meter. If you are getting power through the contacts, that only leaves the lock actuator itself as being faulty.
Just repair the right slide door. If I haven't done the right side I would have been confused. Apperently on my 2003 Grand Caravan the access hole for the Torx screw was in the wrong place. Locate the screw with my fingers then drill a hole.

If you check the doorlock actuator it is more than likely bad. On my caravan I had to replace actuators on both sliders. Cannot get correct actuators at autoparts stores. Either go to a salvage yard or to the dealer to get them.

Actually this sounds like the actuator inside the door is to blame. Basically a small motor/gearbox assembly tied to the door lock mechanism. I had one die under warranty. Same symptoms you described. The dealership changed it, charging 0.2 hours of labor against the warranty. Basically, remove the inside trim panel from the door, unbolt/disconnect the old actuator, and install the replacement.

I assume it has power locks, so I would look inside the door for a bad door lock solenoid or linkage rod is off. If it is not power, I would look for a linkage rod being disconnected or broken
