After a recent right side rear view mirror replacement, my front passenger door will not lock. It will make multiple clicking noises (like it's trying to lock) but will not lock. I try to lock it manually by hand and by button on the door but that also did not work. Please help. Thanks in advance

Most likely the door lock actuators. Its unusual for two to go bad at the same time but also not unheard of.

Fuse is blown. Replace fuse for the said windows.
SOURCE: Mirrors won't Work
the mirrors most likely need to be replaced, rarely do the switches go bad. try replacing your key fob battery. do the doorlocks work from the master switch? and make sure the auto dim mirror is on. the little green light is hard to see sometimes.

Sounds as though when your battery died the engine imobiIiser locked down.
YOU MAY HAVE TO HAVE THE CAR TOWED TO A LEXUS DEALER AND HAVE THE MASTER KEY AND OTHERS REPROGRAMMED TO THE IGNITION...BUT
If you have your wallet key as well , try taking all to the airport. HOLD the card to the dash beside the ignition for at least 20 seconds, then try turning the key several times. I haven`t done an LS but the failsafe when a remote fails is to hold the key beside the ignition for at least 20 seconds ....
Also try the lock routine, but I think the issue is in dash..security needing to reboot to your key.
My understanding is that the lock routine re initialises the lock setstings when power is restored

sound like a possible short or loose connector in the power bezel. you need to pop it off and check the connection

Which linkage are you talking about exactly? There's a linkage between the mirror and locking mechanism of the door?
The door lock linkage. It's inside the door. Essentially what you have are some rods that go from the exterior door lock, to the actual lock in the door jam. Then there is a rocker cam that attaches to the door lock motor(actuator), and to the actual lock slider that is on the door panel itself(for manual locking).
It sounds like whomever replaced your mirror may have inadvertently disconnected the linkage, or just forgot to reattach it when putting the door panel back on.
