2003 DODGE QUAD CAB 1500 RAM
LEFT TRAILER TURN SIGNAL NOT WORKING. TRUCK SIGNAL WORKING BOTH LEFT AND RIGHT, TRAILER RIGHT SIGNAL WORKS. FRACTORY FOUR WIRE PLUG ON TRUCK HAS NO POWER IN WIRE. CLICKING SOUND UNDER OR INSIDE FUSE BOX IN LEFT SIGNAL ON . STOPS WHEN YOU REMOVE FUSE FOR LEFT TRAILER SIGNAL. WHEN RIGHT TURN ON NO SOUNDS FROM FUSE BOX.
I'd get a 12vdc test light if you don't have one already & start from plug, and keep probing back from there. It may be as simple as a bad connection under truck where joined into harness.

i have same problem on 2500 diesel.running, right trailer and stop works at 7-way plag but no left turn or stop. was told it is my tipm(total integrated power module) which is your fuse box. about 300-400 if you replace it yourself.
have you checked the bulb?

My obd plug does not turn scanners on when it is plugged into. I checked all the fuses in both boxes and they seem fine, but I do not know which fuse it is linked to. Can someone tell me what fuse the obd plug is linked to?
the fuel modulator was replaced,again ,hooked up to trailer plug and everything failed again
truck wont start due the clicking sound on coming from my fuse box from the relays and from under the dash
Left back turn signal wires are cut and gone
makes a click sound then silence
turn signals don't work... all other lights do work
left trailer turn works but right trailer turn doesnt work . cant find a fuse for either side

That answer has nothing to do with what I asked I asked about how to remove the panel under the steering wheel in the cab not about wiring a trailer plug
