Your ECT (Engine Coolant Temp) sensor is bad. What's happening is at cold start it richens up the fuel mixture and as it warms up the ECM thinks it's still cold and essentially the "choke" is still on. Also check your coolant level. If you don't have enough coolant in you engine/radiator, the ECT doesn't know what to do so it thinks it's cold.

First (I"M starting to sound like a broken record on this) check the ground connections at both ends of the cable.(smaller body grounds as well) Make sure they are clean where they make contact with block and terminal post (not just on the outside.) Make sure hot wire is also clean and fastened correctly. Right now, we are trying to find out what it's not., Then, you can get to what it is.Often small stupid things can look like other larger problems.

have you considered checking alternator and battery? just a thought

You may want to check the Idle Air Control Valve (IAC). It is located on the back of the throttle body and very easy to change. You may have some luck just cleaning to see if it makes a difference and then you can buy a new one.

Check spark first if ok then look at the fuel system.Check if the fuel pump is working continuously when turning the key.If so remove the fuel line to the ejectors and check if there is fuel there. If no change the fuel filter.
