Ok first lets address the abs light. Have you tried to have the codes read?usually an abs light is due to a faulty wheel speed sensor. once that happens with the brake light and speedometer quites working, it sounds like the truck goes into shutdown mode as to not damage the truck any more. The first step is to find out what codes are thrown and address the problems then go on to the next problem.

check the abs fuse i think 50amp or the electronic brake control module. i remove it from mine to remove abs and my light still on

Like the other person mentioned, if you have a faulty sensor or bad connection, that would trigger the light. That may also be triggering your ABS to kick in when it doesn't need to. On each wheel, there will be a sensor with some wires coming out of it located on the inside of the axle just behind the rotor. You'd have to test each sensor to determine if one or all of them are faulty.
