Camry low rough idle

This problem has been happening randomly for a year. dont know what is causing it. when im sitting in neutral the rpms will drop from 600 to 400. when they hit 400 my car starts running really rough and vibrating pretty bad. then theyll shoot back up to 600 then back down. this doesnt happen too often but will happen often in a couple week increment then go away for awhile.

SOURCE: Idle goes steadily down when stopped for awhile

check to see if that vehicle has an idle air control module, if it does replace it,

Ford Taurus idle missing

It can be issue with IAC( idle air control valve) causing the problem.
