The crank sensor is on the back side of the engine just above the oil pan there will be two sensors there one is the crank sensor and the other is oil presser sensor. All so check the wires from the crank sensor to the cam sensor. If you think it is the timing belt pull the cover and check it. hope this helps.
There is no spark coming from the coil or injectors and car has fuel. I changed cam and crank sensor but still nothing. I by mistake disconnected the fuel injectors plug that is under the hose thinking it was the fan and ran a wire from the positive on the battery ans connect it to the harness and it cause a spark. I thought it blow a fuse but i have checked all fuses and the work. I am running out of ideas. please help.
Hey, I've had the same problem with a dodge ram. Won't run, no spark, changed coil. Hooking it up to a computer wouldn't help either. It was the brain (the vehicle's computer) that was the problem. Replaced with one out of the junkyard and it worked great. Hope this helps.
