P1361 TDC Sensor Intermittent Interruption (I got this from Engine-Light-Help.com)
TDC should mean Top Dead Center.
It is the sensor that tells the computer the #1 cylinder piston is at the very top. And therefore, fires the spark plug.
Since the maintenance done above, I believe the the timing marks for the timing belt is not lined up properly. Being off by one tooth will cause this problem.

TDC
top dead center sensor. Tells when the #1 piston is at top dead center position.
P1361
Intermittent Interruption In TDC 1 Sensor Circuit
SOURCE: P1457 - Honda Civic 2005 LX
this car come with tree diferent engines the answer i'm going to give you is for a 1.7 engine sohc that codes means you have a leak on the evaporative system this system monitor the vapors from fuel tank this code some time might appear for filling the fuel tank with car runing i recomend you to clear code and make sure the fuel cap is not loose because there is a fuel pressure sensor in the tank and if the sensor don't read the right pressure then it will set the code

Check out the Top Dead Center (TDC) sensor, connector 124 (gray and on the distributor) check power and grounds. It's missing signal from the TDC sensor in the distributor and causing a misfire.
The codes states that it's an intermittent loss of sensor signal, definitely sounds like wiring. Check for the obvious visual stuff first, corrosion, any cuts or holes in the wiring insulation and then start using a multimeter to check the voltage drop, continuity and resistance for all the connectors and wiring.
I suspect this may be too technical, but you asked about how to fix the problem and this is the answer.
It may be time to take the car to a qualified mechanic.

SOURCE: my honda civic 98, had a check light engine ON P1361 and P1399
P1361 is an intermittent signal from the TDC sensor .. thats located under the top timing belt cover on the right side of the engine .. about half way down that cover is the connector for the TDC sensor .. check that connector and its wiring ...P1399 is an ignition problem .. and thats likely caused by the TDC sensor being intermittent .. you might be able to fix the connector if its loose or full of water but the sensor is hard to get to .. very tight place to work in but not impossible .. this is something that should be fixed soon .. no emergency but the timing may drift off if the problem persists ..
