Double check your battery charge and battery connection from the battery to the starter. additionally check to ensure you have a good ground.
You checked the relays, found nothing wrong,so you
installed new ones anyway?
You checked the starter how?
You hear the solenoid click & that doesn't tell you
where it is?

Well first have you charged your battery back up, if so then try to by pass the ingintion switch by just connecting the two main post of the colenoid with a piece or wire, this creates a direct wire basically from your battery to your starter, if still no luck you will need a new starter located more to the drivers side close to right under the pedels on the bottom side of the truck.

Even though I bought the vehicle new, there was an aftermarket security system installed. The system had a bad diode, so i removed the system and reconnected the factory wires.

you need to check for voltage drop in the wires you may have a bad wire bleeding to ground somewere that needs replaced also put a multimeter on the starter and make sure its gettting atleast 11 volts to it anything less and it wont turn hard enough
