When the car is off or the key is turned to the first position there is no noise, once i turn it to the 2nd position I start hearing a pretty loud clicking coming from what sounds like the glove box coming about 2 times a second. I opened it up and looked and the noise is coming from somewhere between the glovebox and the firewall. when I turn on the car it gets louder and more frequent so it happens more like 3 times a second. I have no clue what it is, it just started last night when i got off work, any ideas?

Check the fuse for the horn.
Check the wires have not just come loose on the horn.
Next, if you have a volt meter, disconnect the horn, and connect the wire for the horn to the meter.
Have someone press the horn button.
If you have a reading of 12 volts or better, the horn is dead, if you have a reading of less than 12 volts, the the horn relay is likely faulty.
That is the item that is clicking as you reported. Just because it is clicking does not mean it is passing power through.
Hope this helps

If you have a front wheel drive and not a AWD montana, it could be a bad wheel bearing or a brake shoe that may have broken loose.
Most likely it's going to be a bad rear wheel bearing and it takes less then 2 hours to replace. You can pick up the wheel bearing at Auto Zone or Parts Source for around $170.00 and they have all the instructions for you to do thew job your self if you like.
Tool's you will need:
Jack Stand
Ratchet with a 1/2 socket and extention
Large screw driver
5 pound hammer
Lock tight
To check if it is your bearing, try shaking the van from Side to side from the wheel. Listen and feel for any play, the bearing it self is sealed and the bearing my have gone dry.
Good luck and hope this helps. Oh you do not have to remove the brakes to do this job and use the screw driver from the top to split the bearing from the brake housing after you hammer it free from the Axle.

Starter solenoid , or wire that leads to it.
Also , if standard transmission , may be the switch on clutch pedal is intermitant.
Engine won't turn over unless it thinks you have your foot on the clutch.

Problem number one sounds like a dead battery to me. Problem with driver door is the cable in your window regulator is broken and bound up. Will need to replace the regulator. Passenger side window problem could be caused by a number of things... most common that come to mind are window guide not in correct position or one of the bolts that hold the window to the regulator has come loose.

It sounds like you have an hvac actuator problem. It could be the recirculate actuator either way the system should be scanned and after replacement it has to be calibrated.
