The power tilt steering wheel gets stuck and won't go down all the way.
Dear Kene & Hussein,
I cannot diagnose the problem here, but for sure I cantell you you will need to take the car to an authorized Hyundai dealer immediately, if not sooner.
This is because any issue you are having with the steering or the brakes is dangerous enough that the car should not be driven, lest it fail whilst you are driving and you wreck.
I would go so far as to recommend you have it towed to a dealer, not try to drive it.
God bless your efforts.

Try it with the engine not running. If it works fine, the problem is RF interference. If you are using platinum spark plugs instead of the old copper resistor plugs, it can cause this.

There have been a lot of complaints lately of newer Hyundais having a "soft" clear coat. Hyundai has not recalled any of these vehicles yet, but I would strongly recommend taking it to the dealer and try to get it fixed under warranty. You have a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty specifically for the paint, unfortunately though, it is up to the dealer's discretion as to whether or not it is a "significant" problem. Never hurts to try though.

Check the fuse--it may be out. Fuse box is on the side of the dash (when the driver's side door is open) next to the steering wheel. Pull hard--the fuse names are on the panel door you just pulled out. Fuse puller is in the "engine room" according to the manual for a 2006 Hyundai Azera Limited, though I haven't been able to find the "engine room", yet.

Odds are the electronics inside the audio unit (head) have malfunctioned. There is only one way to check/verify this. The passenger compartment Fuse/Relay box has a power bar (shunt fuse) yellow in color. Pull this fuse out (not all the way out). Wait 60 seconds then reinsert (push back in) to reset the Audio (Radio) unit. Recheck the CD functions (load/eject). If the same problem recurs, then it's the audio unit/head which has malfunctioned. The typical repair is replace the audio unit.
