Hello, The only way I know of to get a radio code is from BMW itself. If you call your nearest BMW dealer and supply them with all the info they need, they can get it from BMW. You may be required to make available your registration and ID for them to process this.
I hope this helps.

I need help with my stereo

The S/No is you serial number it is asking for. Try putting the S/N in the internet and see if that radio comes up with solutions. Otherwise take it to a dealer. For that I think they would have an answer for you as to how to fix it free of charge.

Problems with the radio

If the original radio was replaced, code on manual wont match. Most replacement brands have better sound quality than OEM radios. CDs for cars are on their way out (bulk and number of songs at hand) Buy a reputable brand that can accept IPODs or pendrives. All you need to know is if your present radio is DIN or Double DIN , in order to know what size to buy.

BMW Z3 WRONG UNLOCK RADIO CODE HOW TO GET THE RIGHT ONE

If the radio is displaying code wait, or wait, then the ignition and radio must remain on for 1hour. I would contact a dealer within the USA and provide them with your radio serial number. The serial number can be displayed in the radio by pressing and holding down the "M" button while turning on the ignition.
