I have the answer!
There are two clips that the cluster connects to. Those two clips have become worn. There are two ways to resolve this. 1. replace the clips. 2. (what I did) took a sparkplug box and cut it in 4 strips long wise and folded them in half. I then inserted those strips between the dash and the clip. This pushes clip forward and creates a stable connection.

any time you replace the fuel pump you MUST replace the fuel filter. Sounds like it could be a couple of different things. Pick up coil if it has a distributor. bad coil pack. Replace fuel filter first .Good Luck!!!!

Hi, the tach, odometer, and speedometer information is received as a digital signal from the powertrain controller and forwarded to the body control module. From there it it sent to the instrument cluster which displays the data. The data may not being transmitted from the body module to the cluster or the cluster may be has a malfunction between the data reception and its display. You might take a look at the circuit board to see if there is a crack in the circuit board traces to those displays. Examing the data bus line requires a special instrument at a dealership so that circuit board examination is the only suggestion I can give you.
