When I start the car the security light comes on and sometimes it locks the radio. My inside interior lights will flicker and there is a clicking noise coming from the passenger side fuse box. My doors wont lock and we keep changing the fuse but it keeps blowing.
This is most likely a problem with your Passlock anti-theft system which is known issue with these cars. Passlock is a "passive" anti-theft system, which means that it will disable your ability to start the car if it thinks there is a problem. The three components that can cause this are: 1) Ignition Switch, 2) Ignition Cylinder, 3) Body Control Module (computer). The dealer is the only one who can solve this problem (unless you can bypass it, but it is not that easy). Estimated repair from most dealers is $800 and up.

Rwojt is correct. Eventually your car will randomly fail to start due to the Passlock system. Design flaws in the anti-theft system and the BCM are to blame. After replacement of the Ign switch, Ign cylinder and BCM, the BCM needs to be reprogrammed. Repair cost was just under $1000. Even if you can bypass the security system at start with a remote starter installed, you'll still need the BCM and reprogramming.
My car's interior lights started flickering on day while the car was parked and not running. I noticed it from inside the house. The battery drained low enough so that the engine would not start in the morning.
