There are no campaigns/recalls for the SRS (Supplemental Restraint System - Air Bag). However, there is a Service Bulleting regarding the wiring harness under the seats:
DESCRIPTION:
Motion of the side impact air bag wiring harness and connector may result in illumination of the air bag warning light and one or both diagnostic codes listed below:
This campaign provides a new side impact air bag wiring harness connector mounting procedure.
VEHICLES AFFECTED:
SPECIAL NOTES:
The service procedure to be followed depends on the original wire harness routing under the seats. The required parts are different for each procedure.
If your vehicle doesn't fall within the production range, it's not affected.
I recommend you take the vehicle into a Hyundai Service Department and ask them if your vehicle has had this repair already. If it doesn't apply, pay the diagnostic fee to find out what the problem is. They will give you an estimate of repairs (parts, labor, tax, time-frame, etc.).. Then you'll know what the problem is.

Look under the bumper and you will see two large phillips head screws right in front of the wheels. Take these two screws out and bend/move the plastice piece out of the way. Now you can easily get to the bulb. There is a cap that twists off that protects the wires and back of the bulb. Twist this off and then remove the plug portion from the back of the bulb. The bulb then turns 1/4 to 1/2 revolution to loosen and remove. Reverse steps for installation.

"Fuel system too lean at idle". It's an air/fuel ratio that is not correct, possibly a vacuum leak somewhere. Or a leaky exhaust pipe. Could be related to intake manifold gasket. Somewhere, air is getting into the engine.
I suggest taking it back to the dealer under warranty. I think Hyundai is 10yr./100k for the original owner. 5yr./50k if not. Ask first if covered, and ask why not id not covered.

I can't see what you have but lets check a couple of things. If there is any screws visable on the outside of the lens then remove them. Once the cover is off then you should be able to see the bulb. Take the bulb between your thimb and four finger and push in gently and turn to the right and pull out. You would know the rest from there. If no screws outside then lets look in the trunk. You may have to remove some covering in the general area to see the bulb. Follow above directions. If nothing is there then the last place is under the bumper. Have a look and go from there. Let me know I we fixed it. The Raz
