Nissan z20s,the cam lobe is pointing up set @ TDC,but the timing mark on crankshaft pulley has gone past its mark, what is needed to be done?

You have 2 marks on the pully, one for TDC or top dead centre. The other mark is the timing mark for when the engine is running, this should be before TDC.

How do I know when my camshafts are top dead center the outter timing pulley was loosened stupidly before we could mark anything

Not to worry. The cam gear has marks on it already. When the cams are aligned at Top Dead Center (TDC) the keway for the pulley will be pointing UP and the marks on the edge of the pully will be lined up with the valve cover sealing surface of the cylinder hed. (See picture below)

On My 2005 Hyundai elantra 2.0 if I plug my cam sensor in it will turn over but won't start. If I unplug cam sensor it will start but car has a slow start on take off need help?

remove cam sensor clean it put it back in try the car if it still not right replace the sensor you may need to replace crank sensor as well when did it last have a timing belt replaced ?if its got over100 ,000 km on it and hasnt been done i would have it done if the belt brakes it can be fatal for the engine if its old then it may have jumped a tooth wich will put the cam timing out i would look there first turn the engine over by hand till the timing mark on the crank pulley is showing tdc remove the top half of the timing belt cover remove no1 spark plug use a suitable probe to check that no1 piston is at the top if so check the marks on the cam gears are in line with there marks if all marks line up the valve timing is ok

Need to set timing

there is a hole in the cam sprocket, when it is at about 12 oclock it chould line up with a groove machined into the head. That is tdc for cam, when lower timing cover removed, mark on crank sprocket should line up with mark on block.
