Fans do not work

I assume you are referring to the cooling fans for the radiator if so first check fuse and relay, see if the fans come on with the a/c on if not probable cause is the relay if they come on when a/c is on look at your coolant temp switch

My engine fan is running while car is off

Usually FCM Fan Control Module is stuck on! It's like a relay.... Either built into the fan itself or separate, I'm not sure about your vehicle!

The cooling fan on my 2006 chrysler pacifica wont blow?

Look under the hood above the battery. In the box are your fuses and relays look for a bad fuse or a bad blower motor relay. If you read the cover you will see there are spare relays in the box just swap them

I have a 05 Pacifica, the air cond. compressor will not turn on. I did jump out the relay, the compressor comes on runs for a few seconds, the high side pressure goes to 300 psi, turns on the condensor...

when you jumped the relay it ran. did you check to see if the relay was good? if so it could be the high or low pressure sensors. they send the signal to the computer to turn on the a/c. presuures for the a/c is about 60 for the low side and 200 and up for the high depending on the temputure out side. need to check for codes

On our 2006 Pacifica, the cooling fans will start

The fans are controlled by a temperature sensor that activates a relay. Could be either. Since it is winter, you could try narrowing it down by unplugging the sensor. Then if it still comes on, it has to be the relay. It is does not come on, it has to be the sensor that is shorting.
