Yes, I would say it is the head gasket again. Have the head checked for flat surface once removed to replace the gasket.

SOURCE: 2003 F-350 6.0 TDI, Front Main Seal, Head Gaskets, and Valve Cover Gaskets

ok make sure to check or replace the unexpensive pcv valve
if that one is cloged it will coause all kind of leaks even whit new seals

and on the head gaskets problem i will recomend to get your radiator serviced or replaced because 90% of the mechanics check your radiator for cloged lines but they always do it at the top and by gravity all the garbache acumulate on the bottom, if you don't beleive it ask your mechanic hos does he inspect your radiator

SOURCE: Cooling System

No you have air trapped in the cooling system, rasie the front of the car up as high as you can get it, fill the coolant bottlre to the top and run the engine for about 15 minutes at a high idle, let it cool down, it should purge itself of air once it is cool, make sure your radiator cap is good.

SOURCE: Ford Diesel glow plug relay goes out every year since 1993

Wow that sounds expensive for a relay. You didnt say what year it is and you thought it was a 7.3 powerstroke. Sounds like its a 6.0 powerstroke I could see that relay costing that many bones. If its a 7.3 liter you should be able to buy one them glow plug relays yourself and with a basic set of sockets change it yourself. You just need to unhook both ground wires on the batterys before you start. Should take like 30 mins max on a 7.3 liter. But a year and engine size would make it easier to help you.

SOURCE: tow/haul light comes on gauge shows HOT

Does the trans fluid have a burnt smell and is it brown or dark brown as opposed to a red wine color? If this is the case then you may have a service issue caused by a clogged trans filter which is what this sounds a great deal like and the sooner you get the truck to the dealer or your mechanic the better as the trans in these are not cheap to rebuild or replace.

What do i need to remove to replace head gasket on 2001 f250 super duty 7.3 turbo ?

you need to remove everything on top of the motor to get to the head , and then remove the head on the bad bank . Truelly mate , if you have to ask that question , you definately should get someone who knows what they are doing . it is not a job for an ameteur

A 2004 E350 turbo diesel van 6.0 liter keeps getting airbound and shuts of

check for loose hose fittings -cracked fuel lines --leaks at the fuel filter gasket--leaks at the pump shafts . I would be looking at the filter gasket as it may be not be sealing properly. Check that the air equaliser valve at the top of the tank is not blocked and creating a vacuum in the tank

I have a 2004 F-250 with the 6 liter deisel. It is missing bad at start and black smoking. also had the oil changed three days ago and found new oil laying in the air filter and breather tube.

That motor should have a longer warranty on it I would take it to dealer, they are really bad for head gaskets and turbo chargers, if there is any damage that has been sent out the exhaust make sure they remove the nox convertor(looks like a cat. conv.) and clean it out or you will loose power!

2003 f350 6.0 deisel passenger side head leaking coolant to external on start-up as engine becomes warm completely stops leaking

check to ensure that coolant is not leaking into the oil. I would change the head gasket as so as possible. the reason it appears to stop leaking is because the components get warm and expand.
