Spark plugs come pregapped. Look at them though, Sometimes one has been hit and the gap is smaller.44 thousandths is the gap for yours.

Spark plug gap is .044" of an inch. Hope this is what you were talking about.

Hello, here is the spark plug gap for this vehicle.

Spark Plug Gap: 2.2L Engine LN2 0.00157mm.(.040 in.)
2.4 quad engine Spark Plug Gap: 1.27 mm (050 in)

SPARK PLUG GAP IS 0.039 - 0.043

SPARK PLUG GAP IS 0.039 - 0.43

SPARK PLUG GAP IS 0.039 - 0.043 FOR THE 1.8 GSR GAP IS 0.051

The plug gap is .040

Instead of explaining it, Go to Youtube and type in how to change spark plugs. This will give you a view and pictures. When you purchase your new plugs be sure to have your auto info such as year , make , model , engine size. Plus ask them what is the GAP measurement. They do sell plugs that don't require gap. Plugs, Gap tool, anti-seize grease (small packet) $.99. Whatever you do, don't forget the grease, it keeps your plugs from being welded in the head and alot easier to remove. Good Luck
