I have no power to the fan at all.  I think I need to replace the blower.  I can feel heat through the vent, but no fan.  I'm looking for some direction on how to replace this motor.

It's in the engine compartment on the passengers' side on the firewall.

I was wrong on this. The blower motor is behind the glove compartment. You have to remove the glove compartment to get to it. I have the Hyundai 2004 Santa Fe Shop Manual if you want me to scan and send you the directions for removal and replacement.

I have a 2003 santa fe with same issue that you wrote about. I was wondering if you could scan and send me the manual? I would think that the 2003 blow motor is in the same location as the 2004 vehicle. Thanks in advance!

The blower fan does not go on when you turn the knob on my santa fe hyundai. the air tries to come on but without the fan

You will have to replace the blower motor. It's about $150 to have done (I just had this done on my Santa Fe this week).

I have a 2004 santa fe, the A/C blower only works on high. There is power from the control head to under the dash, but where it goes into the fan there is no power except for when it is on high

How about when the heat is on? You might have 2 reostats, one for heater one for A/C.The reostat controls blower speed Most cars only have one ,but who knows seen stranger thjngs,I have had bad blower motors only work on high.My guess would be a reostat.
