its in a 3 connection waterproof harness now ??????? Do you mean a 3 wire connector ? Three wire's - one black -ground , one is dark blue an the last is brown with a orange trace . First diagram is for the cooling fan . You will see to relay's inside the CCRM - constant control relay module . Knowing ford and this part ,i would venture a guess that it was bad . Test B+ power and ground for the CCRM ,if good ,replace it .

Sounds like a loose fuse, or bad ground in the wiring. Its pretty common that one fuse controls most of the internal electric components.
