After 2 months in garage my Opel / vauxhall Vectra c 2003 model estate car (coupe) , without accumulator/battery can not open luggage compartment, load area. Any ideas? with key manually can not unlock. skype dicthebig
Vectra c boot lock is electronic, when u press the button it activates the release mechanism. No power... no activation. Plug battery in and should work. If you need something out of the boot and dnt want to put battery on fold rear seats to access the boot space, drivers door will unlock with key but rears need to be done manually by lifting latch inside..... again due to no power

There should be a little jaguar insignia in the middle of the trunk lid . If the doors are unlocked just push it in it is a push button latch.
