Looking for sevice manuals (for total car) for a 1999 nissan stagea (station wagon). Your select a model did not show the stagea so chose a model just to submit.
I was able to find a service manual for my 97 Infinity Q45 on Ebay. It was in the form of a DVD. A very detained replica of the papeer service manual. What's more it only cost me about $15.00 including postage. Try a general search "Automobile service manuals" and specific search like "Infinity Q45" There are Ebay "stores" that do nothing but sell manuals, either paper or DVD.

Ok long shot here as i'm not sure 100% which year is which in all these models throughout the different countries, but a nissan wingroad station is also called a nissan sunny in the UK and many other names around the globe, but the most common name for this series is the Sentra. Same frame, same parts, just more sheet metal. So this pic is for a 1997 sentra and should do the job if you fuse box resembles this. Note that this is the under dash fuse box, and not the under hood one. Fuse for lighter and horn is number 13, which is supposed to be a 15 amp fuse. Center row, 3rd from the top. Hope this helps!! If it's not the right model fuse box, let me and i'll keep looking deeper to try and find exact model.

Try this link. This was as far into the diagram list as I could get with the information you provided. You will need to select the Model of the Saturn, Station wagon is not an option, and the next section should be to select the year then it will show you the different diagrams for the Serpentine and timing belts for all motors installed in the vehicle. You will have to locate the actual diagram you need but it will be there.
1500Kg is more likely to be the maximum towing weight.
You should, in theory, be able to launch and recover a boat/trailer of this combined weight ok, but in practise you need to consider how slippery the ramp is and if your front wheel drive vehicle will be able to cope with it.
Use a long strop attached to the trailer and looped around the towing hitch, to launch and recover the boat, so your car stays well away from the water.
You could have some problems getting enough grip with your front wheel drive, when recovering a boat.
I have had to recover my boat from a rocky beach when I couldn't get it back to the launch ramp because of bad weather. I was very thankful that I had a four wheel drive car for that.
What ever you do, ALWAYS plan carefully exactly how you are going to do the launch or recovery and make sure you stop and think about it before doing it.
