2006 ford fusion code p 0755

I had a master rebuild on my automatic transmission, new clutches/steels/seals, all brand new solenoids, valve body, servo piston, master filter bushings... had to bring it to the shop a 3rd time because it's doing the exact same thing--transmission goes into limp mode and won't shift into 3rd-or-higher gear... keep getting the code p 0755. could there be anything they keep missing??? can it ever be fixed? I know everyone has an extreme amount of trouble with the 06 fusion but I'm not seeing any success stories.

You have a electrical problem , not the transmission !

2001 Ford escape XLT 3.0 liter V6 where is the transmission torque converter clutch solenoid located is it inside the transmission or or on the outside of the transmission

well the tranny service manual covers that but first we need the real transmission name and is it 4wd?
well TCC is always 3 place. the outside controller (PCM/TCM)
and wire there to .
the transmission TCC solenoid.(inside)
so I will now answer for the tranny guts.
the TC clutch can be bad too, or the piston that drives it.
or solenoid (dc volt coil to fluid valve solenoid)
Ford box CD4E

The Torque Converter Clutch solenoid is part of the solenoid valve body assembly.
The solenoid valve body assembly is 142 (labeled Body assembly - transmission control solenoid (TCS)) on the Disassembled View on your Service DVD.(or manual) buy the manual
or read this. (keep in mind it can just be a TC clutch bad and no the ACTUAL TRANNY AT ALL, OR TCM IS IN LIMPMODE, NO DTC ERRORS POSTED WHY NOT?
$16 BUCKS TOO MUCH

https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_nkw=ford+cd4e++ATSG&_sacat=0&_sop=15

ALL YOu can do is (tell all DTCs thrown) and test for voltage on the tranny connector for TCC lock. and if is good
you can put in ID 141 part.
if fails install a new clutch.(main TC)

141 is the solenoid set, (all in one)

My 2003 ford windstar is stuck in overdrive, what should I do?

TCC solenoid stuck or valve body. Pull the transmission pan( lots of fluid comes out) check the pan for metal (metal flake to bigger chunks) Either is a sign of a transmission rebuild. If there isn't metal make sure the fluid doesn't smell burnt(you can tell) (again rebuild the transmission, clutches gone). after that go after the valve body. Your best bet is to get a remanned one. It comes with all the solenoids. About $400.

HI i Scanned my Ford Explorer to a computer and i got codes P0732 and P0735 can i get a little info about the codes and how to fix the problem

P0735 FORD - Automatic Transmission Incorrect Fifth Gear Ratio Incorrect Possible causes - Low transmission fluid level
- Dirty transmission fluid
- Shift solenoids
- Transmission mechanical problems
- Transmission hydraulic control circuit

P0732 FORD - Automatic Transmission Incorrect Second Gear Ratio Incorrect All - causes would be the same as above with ALSO Probable bad valve body - and or pressure solenoids. Probable bad clutch band. If the fluid is ok and if you have tried changing the fluid and filter to no aval. Is it time to think about a transmission repair at a local transmission shop. Sorry.

My Ford Focus 2006 4 cyc has an engine code PO741 on my OB2. What does that mean?

P0741 Torque convertor clutch circuit failure,it is located in the transmission valvle body, it is attatch to the valve body you can remove it seperately as long as your going to own the Ford focus you might as well get use to replacing these all the time, very common transmission issue with todays car. By the way it is sensitive to worn transmission fluid, when you dont service often these are suspectable to failure.

Auto transmission will not shift gears

Get diagnostics done and if you will get code P0741 - This trouble code is about damper clutch, which improves fuel economy by matching power transmission effectiveness of automatic transmission Damper clutch consists of control valve and solenoid valve which converts electric signal to hydraulic signal by the TCU signal. Corresponding code will be displayed under following conditions when damper clutch is operated form TCU lock-up output time. -when the difference between engine revolution and input shaft revolution has been below 160 RPM. Torque converter solenoid (TCU) is the last thing you should look at to replace, the cause of its failure might be in a different area like worn seals. Nevertheless it is a serious malfunction of a gearbox as further usage may end in a complete gearbox failure and the only solution you will be left with is to rebuild the gearbox or get a new one. Before you start buying parts you should closlely inspect the inner cover seals for uneven wear or possible damage, short cicuit will be caused by fluid passed onto electric connection,

The transmission was having trouble shifting so I checked the fluid and it's way low. mark is at add 2 pints. problem is there are no leaks

well most likely the transmission fluid needs to be drained and then put in new fluid to the right amount needed, that shall solve your problem. bonus tip also have the clutch stick adjusted if its a manual vehicle.

1998 Ford EB Explorer, 4.0L 5AT. Transmission stopped while driving. No clunk or grinding, etc. No Reverse or Drive. Will move slightly when revved. TC? Valve Body?

Forward clutch went out inside the trans, When you rev the engine, the fluid pressure rises and tries to apply the forward clutch assy. I rebuild these 5R55 trans for this concern a lot. Total rebuild kits with seals, fibers, steels, bands, servo's cost about 275.00 dollars plus the cost of the torque converter. Labor is about 1200 buck. Who ever does this repair for you, ask them for a 3yr/50k warranty. That means the shop really stands behind there rebuilds, as that is the trans warranty I give to my clients.

Vehical acts as if it shifts between gears at a

The possibilities are:
low/high trans fluid level
short or open in LR pressure switch circuit
solenoid pack internal problem
40-way connector problem (9, 47, or 50 cavity)
control module failure
and then internal transmission problem (the rebuild).
Another table lists these possibilities:
faulty cooling system
torque converter clutch failure (that requires removal)
internal solenoid leak
too high or too low pressure
valve body leak
regulator valve
stuck/sticky valves
worn or damaged accumulator seal rings
damaged clutch seals
damaged L/R clutch
worn pump

Only the seal rings and L/R clutch damage and torque converter clutch failure would dictate a rebuild.
All the other items are serviceable without removing the trans, and involve the solenoid box for the most part which is external and accessible. So armed with these possible causes I would shop around to find a trans shop that would take a look at the alternatives to a rebuild job. The rebuild is in the range of $2k, so spending some time on the alternatives seems to be in order.
