The problem is the Blower Motor Resistor Pack is defective. Purchase the Pack so you will know what you are looking for. It can be located in a few locations. It can be behind the glove box, behind the kick panel on the passenger side, or next to the blower motor. I am almost certain yours is located behind the glove box but not 100% sure. Try removing the vacuum hose at the back of the vacuum pump start the engine and see if you can feel it pulling a vacuum it should **** you're finger in a bit or if you have a vacuum gage hook that up and see what it readsshould be at least 12-15 in vacuum. Also is the heat stuck in defrost mode ?

If your'e talking about the resistor...It's inside the engine compartment by the left strut tower.

you can do it you will find it down by the passenger foot are just under the glove box.it has two screws holding it in place and one electrical plug. note if fourth speed is also not working this means a fuse is blown out the fourth speed is wired through a fuse out under the hood fuse panel. good luck please comment on this if it helps you thanx.
