drain and refill will take you about 4 quarts. a liter is 0.89 of a quart .... in other words a quart is almost 1/10th short ( a little less) of a liter. oil you could use any oil that compatible with the rating of the transmission.

Well usually a good allaround oil is 5w-30

better yet use synthetic from BG which surpasses all transmission fluids and warranty requirements.

this easy, drain oil from gear box remove that drive shaft (u need a ball joint splitter)
replace gearbox seal, pry out old 1 with screw driver, gently tap new in, oil edge of new seal 1st. replace oil, ps dont leave to long as will damage gearbox when lack of oil
