I found the rectangle 100 Amp Alternator relay/fuse to be burned out in my fuse box, but can't seem to remove it. I called Autozone and they told me to remove two screws and that the relay/fuse is fastened underneath the fuse box. I took the whole fuse box out and there are no screws, fasteners, etc. to take out. Any ideads on this one?

Possible the smell is coming from the bacteria living on your ac evapourator. You can buy a spray for this that you set off inside the vehicle. Follow the instructions on the tin.

the fuse link is bolted in from the two side in the fusebox.you have to un bolt the whole fusebox so you can raise it and if you look at the sides there are two side panels that can be moved down so you can get a socket or spanner on the two bolts apprx 10mm. undo them and raise the fuse out and put the new one in and tighten up the bolts again. hope this helps.

You should be able to unclip the fuse box and pull it up. then you can access the screw holding the fuse in place. Make sure to disconnect the battery first.
