The key wouldnt turn in the ignition, so i wiggled the key, turned the steering hard to both sides, nothing, i used a plier on the key while turning the key in the ignition, and the lights on the dash lit up, yes, i could start the car, however, the steering wheel is locked. car starts fine, goes into gear fine, steering wheel is locked.help

Did you try jacking up the car at the front then wiggle the steering as you turn the key? Did you try a spare key? Spray inside the mechanism with WD40. Try putting the key in at different depths and turning.
The lock cylinder is a replace only item.
